Nigerian singer, Ayo Balogun popularly known as Wizkid, has made history with his new album, ‘Made In Lagos’.
The album which was due to be released about a month ago was postponed due to the End SARS protest which was gaining momentum in Nigeria.

He postponed it to allow him some space to concentrate on the protest.
The album was finally released about 36 hours ago and it has started making history in world music.

According music rating and collation firm, Charts Africa, the album has reached number 3 on the US iTunes top albums, making it the highest peak for any Nigerian artiste.
Announcing the record on Twitter, Charts Africa wrote: “@wizkidayo #MadeinLagos reached #3 on US iTunes top albums becoming the highest peak for any Nigerian artist on the US iTunes albums chart…”
