Nollywood actress, Beverly Naya has responded to the berating comments by Lagos law maker, Moji Alli-Macaulay against the youth of Nigeria.
According to the law maker, most Nigerian youths are high on drugs – a reason why they don’t respect leaders of the nation.
The actress in her rebuttal noted that, the politicians always want to see graduates doing menial jobs because of lack of employment opportunities for them.
She took to social media to call her out for those berating comments she made about the youths.
She wrote: “According to that woman, I’m high on drugs and so are you guys. It is well.
“We, the ‘children’ will not shut up or respect you, respect is earned and none of you have earned it!
“So someone should study law for example and then become a professional tailor/ tiler due to a lack of job opportunities and she doesn’t see anything fundamentally wrong with that? What a joke!”
