Nigerian female singer, Temmie Ovwasa has made a statement on her Instagram story that black women should be receiving salary for simply existing.
She enumerated a number of reasons to back her claim, citing harassment from men as one of the key reasons for her statement.

She intimated that the messages women respond to in a day alone is enough reason to advocate for the to be getting paid.
