Nigerian On-Air Personality, Daddy Freeze has taken a swipe at African christians who are celebrating Christmas saying that those christians are simply slaves.
He argues that the celebration of Christmas has nothing to do with Christianity because the festival is Europeanized and also takes its roots from paganism.

He further questioned why christians find it cool to brand festivals of African origin as evil and outmoded whiles embracing their European counterparts.

He took to his Instagram page to write about his opinions on Christmas celebration. He wrote: “Many are products of Neo colonialism, mistaking slave traditions for spirituality!

Many of his followers agreed with his assertion and also added their voices to the topic.
