Real recognizes real, they say! In the entertainment industry, it’s rare to see artistes being genuinely happy about the win of their colleagues.

But the case has not being the same for fast rising rapper, Laycon.

Laycon, after winning the Big Brother Naija season five contest, has attracted a lot of attention to his craft.

He’s been compared with a lot of other talents, but instead of seeing them as a competition, he sees them as colleagues.

His desire to congratulate many of his colleagues when they win is particularly heart-warming.

After Wizkid was adjudged the best African act at the MOBO Awards, Laycon took to his Twitter handle to send out some words of congratulations to him.

His tweet reads: “Wizkid The King! Congratulations! #MOBOAwards Best African act winner!”
