Nigerian singers, Omah Lay and Tems are finally free and back in Nigeria after charges against them were dropped in Uganda.
The duo were arrested in Uganda after flouting Covid-19 protocols to perform on a show.

They were arraigned before court on Monday, December 14 and were charged with doing acts that promotes the spread of an infectious disease – Coronavirus.

Those charges were finally dropped a day later, and the two are finally back in Nigeria.
Abike Dabiri, the chairman of the Nigerians in diaspora commission disclosed that the two arrived in Nigeria around 2:15PM local time through Ethiopian Airways.
