Two people are feared dead after a helicopter crashed into a private building at 16A Salvation Opebi road in Lagos, today, Friday, 28th August 2020.

Unconfirmed reports are there was a malfunction in the helicopter and the pilot had no option than to crash land it. It is however confirmed that one person has been seriously injured and rushed to the hospital while two people are confirmed dead.

Responds team from the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency(LASEMA) led by CEO, Dr. Olufemi Oke-Osanyintolu is currently at the scene.

The sad incident occured at 12pm this afternoon and the Bell Helicopter 206B3 was discovered to be a property of Quorum Aviation limited.

It was all tears as Nigerian Air Force’s first female combat helicopter pilot, Tolulope Arotile who died in a freak accident on July 14, was laid to rest.

The 23 year old soldier was buried with full military honors at the National Military Cemetery in Abuja today Thursday, July 23.

Her funeral ceremony was attended by the Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Abubakar Sadique; Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, and his wife; the Senate Committee Chairman on Air Force, Bala Ib’n Nalla as well as her family members and friends.

Tributes are pouring in for a young Nigerian medical doctor who died on her way home after completing her mandatory National Youth Service Corps.

Doctor Urenna Samuel Iroegbu was declared dead at the hospital after a big truck ran into her car while returning to Imo State after her service in Port Harcourt in Rivers State.

A friend who could not country her tears penned down an emotional tribute:

“Urenna Samuel Iroegbu you’ve shattered our hearts???…Just two days after your NYSC POP and you are no more, how????This wasn’t part of the plans we had…Nooooo..we had greater plans….now you’ve left your family and we, your friends…The squad will never be the same without you… I was in denial all night wishing the morning could change the news to something pleasant…but no, you are really dead…you are gone…After all the struggles in school, internship and NYSC…after all the 8years of endurance, after the celebration on 16th July 2020…Ure, you left us…Why please? You were a fighter and I’m so sure you fought to stay alive…. The vehicle you were in was shattered but you made it out in one piece and we were told you were responding to treatment, only for us to still hear last night, you were dead…How???? Samuel Promise Urenna, How????… Now that we were supposed to enjoy life, you couldn’t stay for it… I’m happy you lived your short life in a good way…You were so caring, humble, smart and fought for us your friends and family…This is so disheartening….I wish you well my friend…… Doctor Iroegbu Samuel Promise Urenna, may you find peace…and may God give your family that met your corpse instead of their happy Ada the fortitude to bear this loss… Ureeeeeeeee…. Prime Minister for United Kingdom, Boris Johnson, was involved in a vehicular crash today, right outside the Parliament.

The news came out after a video of the accident surfaced on social media. Johnson’s spokesperson confirmed the crash and said the PM came out unscratched.

“Yes, that was the PM’s car,” the spokesperson said. “I think the video speaks for itself as to what happened. No reports of anybody being injured.”

Boris Johnson’s car was hit in the back as his vehicle made a stop after a protester jumped in the middle of the road. The protester is said to have been arrested after the incident.

London’s Metropolitan Police said in a statement that, “A pedestrian is reported to have stepped onto the road, causing the vehicles to suddenly stop, which has led to two of the vehicles in the convoy being involved in a damage-only collision.”

No one knows what caused the hate of Davido in controversial Nigerian journalist, Kemi Olunloyo but she sure does not let the cases of Davido bypass her without commenting.

Remember Davido was earlier reported to have sustained some serious leg injuries which has restricted him to the use of crutches? Well, Kemi does not want to see Davido walk again, or that’s what her tweet suggest.

Kemi, who toots herself as an astute Investigative journalist, wished the Risky singer was confined to a wheelchair soon.

She wrote on twitter,“Walk the walk, talk the talk. Sorry is an easy word to say, soon it will be a wheelchair,” along with a picture of Davido in Crutches.

This is not the first and certainly not the last time the journalist has attacked Davido. It still remains an unanswered question as to why she does that.
