A brace from striker Karim Benzema was enough to cancel out Vincent Iborra’s strike to seal Madrid’s 34th La Liga title and Zidane’s second as the manger of the Los Blancos.

It is the 11th title of the two stints and four years of Zidane being Real Madrid manager.

Madrid have looked focused since the restart winning all ten of their games to leapfrog Barcelona who topped the table until the league was halted due to COVID-19.

Zidane and his team have wrapped up this title with a very basic strategy of winning with functional football complete with a robust defence while capitalizing on Barca’s setbacks.
