Young Nollywood actress, Regina Daniels has spoken about how she met her husband and their eventual marriage that has since produced one baby boy.

The 19-year-old movie star had come under incessant trolls for opting to marry a 59-year-old man old enough to be her grandfather.

People claimed that she became the fifth wife of Ned Nwoko because of his extreme wealth and his job as a politician from the country’s Delta State.

The actress has since rejected those trolls. In an interview with Saturday Beats, a popular weekend show, she claimed that when she saw her husband the first time, she thought he was a farmer.

She added that she was part of a group of students who had visited his husband’s village and they were taken to his house.

Regina Daniels debunked assertions that their marriage was hinged on the wealth of her husband. She added that it was the love for her husband that made her to marry him.

Touching on her recent pregnancy and subsequent childbirth, Regina Daniels revealed that she had a smooth journey contrary to popular beliefs of excruciating pain right from the start to the labour room.

She showered praises on her husband for believing in her. She also added that Ned Nwoko permitted her to be free and live her life without any constraints.

Sad news gathered by AfricaCelebrities.Com indicates that a 56-year old farmer has been found hanging on a tree near Akim Manso A.M.E Zion Basic School in the Asene Manso Akroso District in the Eastern Region of Ghana.

The family of the deceased was later identified him as Kwame Obeng and the was then transferred for autopsy at the Akim Oda Government Hospital morgue for autopsy.

The Assembly Member for Dadieso- Aba Electoral Area, Mr Antwi Bosiako who broke the news to the media said that he received numerous calls from residents in the area following the death of the old farmer.

The Ghana Police Service has there launched an investigation into the death of the old farmer.
