The saying that customers are always right just doesn’t sit well with some business owners. The Nigerian CEO of Fitness Central, located at Lekki is alleged to have bullied a female client who had complaints about his company’s services.

The video that was spotted on twitter had the CEO shouting on top of his voice and commanding the lady out of his office. He was also heard saying the aggrieved customer can call the police on him.

The actual cause of the confrontation between the two is not known but the incident as seen really got the man to lose his cool. He mentioned that his company doesn’t accept any bullying from a customer and entreated the aggrieved lady to record him.

He added that a customer must be responsible and that he will not accept any customer being a nuisance to his company. The lady who kept questioning him whiles taking record of the incident was also heard demanding her money for the poor services rendered her.
