Lil Frosh was reportedly arrested and his team put out the statement to say they are on top of the situation. The statement also urged friends and fans to be at ease and not to entertain fear because Lil Frosh will not be in much trouble.

Former signee of rising Nigerian artiste, Sanni Goriola Wasiu, popularly known as Lil Frosh has been arrested over assaulting his girlfriend some few days ago.

The artiste was called out on Twitter by the brother and manager of his vixien girlfriend and sought justice for his client.

This unfortunate development led to his contract been terminated by his record label, Davido Music Worldwide.

The label released a statement where they wrote that they have terminated the contract of the artiste with immediate effect and has therefore severed working ties with the artiste.

The latest development regarding this issue is that, Lil Frosh has been arrested and detained in a Cold Cell at Alagbo Police station, Ikoyi, Lagos State.

Domestic violence has been on the rise in many countries especially in Nigeria. Lil Frosh, as a public figure is expected to lead the charge against this menace but unfortunately he was a perpetrator.

Gifty Camille, girlfriend of Nigerian rapper Lil Frosh, has given a detailed account on why the rapper abused her physically that left her face deformed.

Camille was in the news after photos of her battered face went viral and her brother and manager, Micheal called out DMW signed act Lil Frosh for abusing her.

According to Michael, Lil Frosh has been striking his sister for a while now and even threatens her sometimes with her nude photos.

Taking to her social media pages, the young lady shed light on her issue with boyfriend Lil Frosh and detailed why he always laid hands on her.

“I know I should have spoken earlier. Pleading face @lhilfrosh and I have been dating for almost 10 months now,” she tweeted.

“In the best space and best health. Thank you to everyone that has reached out to me, has supported, and stood by me, I’m getting better now. JUSTICE MUST BE SERVED!!!

“My manager spoke on my behalf with my permission and he is not to be blamed for anything he didn’t beg me to go and meet him no one did, not even my family, everyone advised me but I still did what I wanted hoping for change. My family have been doing their best to get me in the.

“He’ll beat me, smash my phone, destroy my ring light, pour me water even film me naked and threaten to post, he has done right in front of @okikidft and it continued. This happened last 15th of September, which led to the internal bleeding in my head, confirmed by the doctors.

“And he has been abusing me physically, mentally, and emotionally. At first, I sincerely hoped he was going to change but he didn’t, it started with stripping me off my friends telling me who to talk and who not to talk to. It grew to him beating each time we had an argument.”

Rising Nigerian star, Sanni Goriola Wasiu popularly known as Lil Frosh has had his contract terminated after news broke out that he’s been abusing his girlfriend.

The young artiste who was signed to DMW in less than a month ago has to suffer this fate following the terror he unleashed on his girlfriend.

Manager of the artiste’s girlfriend had to call the singer out on social media and sought justice for his client who he also described as a sister.

In a statement released this afternoon from DMW record label, they stated that they have severed working relationship with the artiste over the matter.

The statement added that the record label does not condone domestic violence of any sort. Below is what was contained in the presser.

“In light of recent allegations made against Mr. Sanni Goriola Wasiu a.k.a Lil Frosh, we would like to state that as a record label, domestic violence is not a trivial matter and we will never support or condone such behavior.

There is no excuse for the actions of Lil Frosh and we understand that there is nothing that can be said or done to take away the insentitivity shown.

Upon internal investigations carried out by the label, we are left with no option than to terminate the recording contract that exists between the label and Lil Frosh, effective immediately.
We hereby immediately severe all affiliations with Mr. Sanni Goriola Wasiu a.k.a Lil Frosh.

Once again, we do not condone domestic violence and stand with all victims of domestic violence.”

A man who identified himself as the brother and manager of the video vixien in a lengthy tweets yesterday, detailed how his client had suffered in the hands of Lil Frosh.

He wrote that it was now time to call the singer out and seek justice for his client.

In his narration, he revealed that his client has lost out on video shoot deals because he had suffered bruises following a serious beating she received from her boyfriend prior to the video shoot.

He also disclosed that, Lil Frosh had been begging the girl not to leave him anytime he beats her and the girl runs away.

He has now released screenshots to back these claims. In the WhatsApp chats below, the singer begs both the manager and his girlfriend not to leave him because he loves the girl so much.
