Ever dreamt of living over 90 years and still be able to make great impression in bed as a man? or are you young and can’t do jack when given the opportunty?

Here is a 93-year-old herbalist who has never lost a battle in bed with a woman, as a matter of fact (according to him) he has been given titles by women.

Emmanuel Yeboah, 93, was invited as a guest on an adult show on eTV Ghana and he shared to viewers his story and tips on how to be strong in bed naturally.

He listed a couple of foods and lifestyle men should avoid if they want to last long in bed, a trick he has been using for over 65 years.

” I avoid sugary stuff and alcohol. I eat healthy meals three times a day and I sometimes workout to stay fit. Look at me now, I am 93 years but I am still strong.” He stated.

“I don’t mess around. I respect myself so I don’t go in for lots of women. I only stick to my wife and also eat heavy and healthy foods like ampesi, rice, banku and others. I don’t like foods like tea”.

“I haven’t taken an injection before and I haven’t even been to a hospital before. I’ve never been given a hospital card in my life because I take good care of myself and I treat myself well with my medicinal bitters”. He disclosed.

Emmanuel sells herbal bitters for a living and occasionally gives free teaching on s3x life.
