Parents of Grammy nominated Nigerian singer Burna Boy is celebrating 3 decades of being together.

Mr. Samuel and Mrs Bose Ogulu took to social media to let the world in how how much love they have for each other.

Burna’s mother, who doubles as his manager, shared some classy photos and a lovely message telling how deep her love is for her husband. She made it known that although married, he as been her boyfriend for 32 years, husband for 30 years and baby daddy for 29 years.

She wrote, “My boyfriend for 32 years,
My baby daddy for 29 years,
My husband for 30 years and counting.
Happy Anniversary to US.”

Ghana’s former president, John Dramani Mahama is known for flaunting his beautiful wife, Lordina at any given chance.

The country’s former first couple has been the prayer point of many married people as they are seen perfectly compatible and complement each other.

The couple celebrated their twenty-eighth marriage anniversary today and the former president showed his class once again.

The 61 year-old former president gave his wife, and mother of his five kids, a bouquet of flowers for being by his side throughout his political beginnings.

Lordina Mahama, 57 was appreciative of her husband’s gift as she was beaming with smile all around.

Respected Nigerian gospel singer Nathaniel Bassey is celebrating 7 years of marriage with his beautiful wife Sarah Bassey.

They both have taken turns at praising each other and sharing their journey on social media.

Nathaniel Bassey wrote a lengthy love poem detailing how he met Sarah while on a mission to preach the word of God. He completed his story with a video of them with his soothing voice singing at the background.

About 12 years ago I met her. Went on a ministry assignment to Eket Akwa Ibom State. She was assigned to protocol the woman of God @bemighoomayuku I was ministering with. Not knowing she left her spiritual responsibility to desire this guest music minister 😎😂 (Just kidding) Anyway, long story short, She agreed to marry me. And there was nothing in the material to motivate her. Well, I remember telling her “I love God, and I work hard, and if you agree to marry me, I’ll take you away from this mkpok local government 😄and we would travel the entire world impacting lives for Christ..” Sure she thought within her “…😏 with this your Akpuruka Kia car 🚙 abi ..😒?” At the end, she entered that same Akpuruka motor 😌. And the rest they say is history. I remember someone saying to her “Is this the best you can do for your self???” But hey! She took the risk. And today she says it was well worth it. We called our wedding/marriage THE SARANATA PROJECT. Coined from both our names. And the God who does not abandon His projects has been helping us. Through thick and thin, He has kept us. We have both seen The forces of hell and darkness literally come for us. I mean, Real attack. Well, understandably so. They can’t stand the damage we keep doing to them. But each time, we have come out victoriously. So today, I say THANK YOU LORD. We are here because you kept us. And to my darling, I say Thank you for taking that leap of faith. It takes one with deep conviction to have done so, even when I said I had no regular salary etc. 😀. So please don’t judge her when she looks so beautiful and has the good things of life. SHE PAID THE PRICE. My prayer today is Psalm 138:8. “The Lord will perfect that which concerneth me: thy mercy, O Lord, endureth for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands.” ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭138:8‬ ‭KJV‬‬ He will perfect that which concerns us, and never abandon His project, in Jesus’ name. I remember when I first saw this tall handsome guy walk out of the airport(still does) that Thursday afternoon, he was our guest but he wasn’t my business as I was focused on receiving a female guest minister. The ride back to my local assembly was a long one and he wasn’t suppose to be in the same car as I, but there he was. On a number of cases I caught him @nathanielblow stealing glances at me through the vanity mirror 🤪😱🥰👀…………the rest they say is history, and I’ll keep telling it in parts. ‘We Met On Facebook’ – Ghanaian Couple Celebrate Marriage Anniversary

In this era of the world going digital, it comes as no surprise that swiping left and right on dating apps have totally surpassed the more traditional ways of finding “the one”.

The concept of finding love via social media is actually not as unlikely as it may sound.

Due to instantaneous connections and the ability to scroll through someone’s likes, dislikes, and their fave memes, it’s pretty easy to find common interests with someone and to slide into their DMs to initiate a conversation.

Even something as small as a like or a comment can actually lead to lasting relationships.

But can you actually fall in love on social media, or does this method of matchmaking lead to eventual heartbreak?

Well, a Ghanaian couple’s story can be a positive response to the question posed earlier.

The couple Afia Adutwumwaa and Frederick Ohene Offei-Addo became viral on social media with their love story – how they met on Facebook and later married.

Afia taking to her Facebook wall to celebrate their 1st year anniversary recounted how Ohene contacted her through her inbox.

The conversation which started from her inbox led to the birth of their union.

“Not all the guys in our inboxes are preys, some are for real, just be wise and vigilant enough and remember prayer works a lot”, she added.

“He was part of my over 4000+ Facebook friends without me knowing him until he decided to bring politics into my inbox knowing very well how much I love politics(Opana wanted to be smarter than the normal Ghanaian way of doing politics on social media).

I responded to his messages respectfully but in my head, I was like….this guy thinks he is smart aaama, I don’t even know what happened next but few months afterward I realized boooooommmmm, we were at the altar exchanging vows to be each other’s keeper till death .

My dearest Frederick Ohene Offei-Addo today marks exactly a year we became one in holy matrimony and on our anniversary the good Lord decided to bless us with a cute little angel who is just as cute and adorable like u.

Growing up I knew angels do live up in the skies but I never knew I will be living with one on earth and as my heartbeat for life.

Ohene Kwesi wo da da wai na I will be loving u till we grow old, but just remember I am going to be ur permanent bitch for life.
