Tragedy struck a church in Mombasa county after a pastor committed the most heinous of crimes.

Pastor Elisha of Goods for God’s Gospel Ministries stabbed his wife severally then finished himself off with the same knife inside the church.

The attack which happened yesterday on the pulpit shocked the congregation who were in attendance. According to the several witnesses, the pastor stabbed his wife Anna Mghoi in the back and hand then stabbed himself in the chest and neck.

The pastor’s wife was rushed to Coast General Hospital hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival. Pastor Elisha Nadoya’s lifeless body was taken to the mortuary by police from the pulpit of death.

The pastor left behind a wordy suicide note blaming his actions on his unfaithful wife. ”She has been involved in love affairs with young men in the church. I struggled and after a long time we progressed well in life and were even blessed with children and then began amassing wealth and property, including owning a church.”

“However, at some point my wife started to betray me. She went behind my back and took control of what we had gotten in 19 years without my prior knowledge.”

“She even took away the land where the church stands and even had me arrested. My wife subjected me to insults and I was not allowed to see my children. Today I have killed her,” read the rest of the suicide note.

This shocking ordeal happened in Chembani village in Kisauni constituency. Eyewitnesses said that the church was aware of the issues between the couple.

In mid November, the artist hinted that he will be coming to Kenya after being questioned on twitter. Yesterday, he posted a pic on his Instagram confirming the date and place of his Kenya visit.

The last time Burna Boy came to Kenya he ended up angering many fans and even engaged in a twitter battle with Kenyans. This was after he arrived late at a club in Westlands Nairobi at 3 a.m and performed for only an hour before leaving. Let’s see how Burna behaves this time at the coast.
