The visibly excited father, shared his good news via his Instagram page and wrote: “ADERINSOLA .. you are blessing to your generation, you are and always ll be a source of joy to all around you. Grow in wisdom and understanding . Sudden death will never be your portion Welcome ADERINSOLA”

Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie has showered several accolades on his senior colleague, Olu Jacobs.

The versatile 38 year old actor took to his official Instagram handle to relay his message to the veteran actor.

Yul Edochi admitted in his post the enormous impact Olu Jacobs played during his nascent acting days.

Yul said that Olu Jacobs was very accommodating and nice and that he spent a lot of time trying to study his acting style.

Yul continued that the 77 year old is undoubtedly one of the greatest actors Africa has ever produced.

He wrote:

 “Just tell me I’ll be on set with him and I’ll be willing to do anything to make it happen, even if it means slashing my fee.

Today is not his birthday but I choose to celebrate him for his impact in my career.
In the early days of my career I spent a lot of time studying his acting style.
It was always an honour to be on set with him.
I played his son a couple of times and I learnt so much from him.

He remains one of the greatest actors Africa has produced.
I miss working with him.
