Nigerian actress Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde, has given account on how Coronavirus affected her and how she dealt with the deadly virus with her family.

She chipped in her experience with the virus when reacting to calls from actors for the government to reopen theaters so they can start movie production in the country.

The veteran actress said she was treated by some infectious decease doctors who told her that many people are infected but there’s no mass testing to prove, Vanguard reported.

Omotola disclosed how she infected her son and daughter with the virus.

“My spirit told me immediately, this is not malaria or fever. I have been extremely careful and paranoid about this COVID-19 stuff. So I told hubby I needed to be tested immediately. I have a son that has Asthma!

“They came to test me on Wednesday and my result came out on Thursday evening … Positive. My world crashed. I felt crazy and empty.

“My symptoms were high fever and chills… luckily no other. But it was so bad, they contemplated coming to evacuate me as my viral loaf was high and I wasn’t getting better … but God arose for me. I went into isolation immediately. We got my result but my daughter started feeling funny.

“So they had to come test the whole family … I had infected my daughter and asthmatic son ! My God showed up for me as my son is asymptotic, so positive but not sick ! My daughter lost her smell and taste and had severe diarrhea. All has stopped now, thank God.

“My husband and last son tested negative respectively. We are all now in remission … taking another test soon.

Captain E, the son of famous Nollywood actress, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde, has been nominated in the upcoming 25 Under 25 music category awards.

He is to battle it out with fellow rising stars in Nigerian music such as Oxlade and Omah Lay. The awards night is scheduled on the 29th of August, 2020.

The 22 Years Old has in the past, won some prestigious awards including the Best Producer category at the International Music Conference in Atlanta, Georgia, US in 2014.

He recently released his third single titled ‘More of You’ after he dropped ‘You & I’ in May and ‘Craze’ in June.

The 25 Under 25 awards is an annual entrepreneurship awards scheme put together by SME 100 Africa with the sole purpose of identifying, recognizing, celebrating and supporting some of Nigeria’s most innovative entrepreneurs under the age of 25.

Veteran Nollywood actress, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde has revealed that she’s contracted the novel Coronavirus disease and has been in isolation for a while now.

The beautiful actress who made this known via her Instagram page however, calmed the anxiety of her fans, by stating that she was responding positively to treatment.

Omotola’s motivation for the post was not to announce her Covid-19 status but rather to contribute on the carnage on the roads in Nigeria where the youth are losing their lives recklessly to road crashes.

Nigerian movie star, Omotola Jalade, on father’s day, decided to recall all the fond memories she had with her late father and also make some revelations on his death.

It is sad when the whole world is celebrating their father’s and you can’t because he’s dead but the actress didn’t let that feeling bring her down.

She shared on Instagram an image of her late father and revealed how and when he left earth. According to Omo-sexy, her father died at the age of 41 when she was only 12 years.

The other of one added that her father did not die of natural cause but was involved in a tragic motor accident at the Benin-Ore expressway.

Omotola however stated that although she spent little time with her father while growing up, he was the single most determinant factor in her life and had great impact on her.

Nollywood actress, Omotola Jalade Ekeinde has released some pictures of her husband flying a plane to China.

This was Captain Matthew Ekeinde’s first flight since the coronavirus pandemic halted air travel.

The 42 year old actress revealed that her husband flew back the Chinese doctors who came to Nigeria in April to help combact the virus.

She also shared photos of her husband with the crew as well as the Chinese doctors on her Instagram handle.

They were all wearing protective gears imcluding face masks, shields and other PPEs which have become the trend in the fight against the deadly disease.

She captioned her post:

Those are the Chinese ppl that flew in some time ago leaving! Not sure how to feel”.
