After being accused of serial abuse of the Nigerian currency, Controversial Prophet Chukwuemeka Odumeje has shot into fame and has become the talk of town.

AfricaCelebrities.Com have come across an old video of Prophet ‘Indaboski’ Odumeje where the vociferous preacher spoke against Men of God asking congregations to pay tithe.

Tithing is a very delicate topic in the Christian fraternity and its discussion mostly leads to attacks from some ‘dedicated’ Christians.

According to Odumeje, in the video, it is criminal for a man of God to ask for tithe from its church members.

He said if a pastor is truly serves God, he will get money from him(God) through other means and not left to beg from its congregation in the name of tithes.

The pastor sighted the story of Peter going to the riverside to find money in the belly of the fish as an example to buttress his argument. Watch him below.

Prophet Chukwuemeka Odumeje’s recent visit to Indonesia, has been held under suspicion by the Indonesian government, seeing as the self-acclaimed lion put on a “display of wealth at the event”.

The church program was reportedly organized by some Nigerians living in Jakarta and it allegedly began with spraying of money which is said to be part of the Anambra-based Pastor’s style of ministration.

The display of wealth has led to the arrest of Nigerians who are reportedly undocumented migrants without work permit and valid visa. An unconfirmed report claims over 80 Nigerians have been deported already with more to come, as Landlords in the country have been asked to report undocumented Nigerians living in their property or lose it all to the Indonesian government.

It was learnt that the Indonesian government are wondering how undocumented migrants without valids visas or work permit came about such amount of money.

Facebook user, Euphemia Udanoh wrote;

Nigerians, especially Igbos, Worshipping Pastor Odumeje, their Man of Dog in Indonesia…. 80 of these guys are on their way to Nigeria for being stup1d! How could you display wealth this way in a foreign land when you have no legitimate business? If Religion fails to kill Africans, Religion will kill them! Don’t be confused with the above statement….. Religion must kill Africans!
