The popular media personality was shared her impression on the inequality and wickedness amongst Ghanaians.

The media personality with a notable tone during one of her shows explained that, Ghanaians are not growing and supporting their own upcoming billionaires all because of wickedness.

“One of the biggest problem in Africa is greed and selfishness..rather than help our own people grow, we will rather sabotage them”.

The celebrated television show host which was formerly aired on Adom TV “Mmara No se sen” has successfully undergone an eye surgery as she took it onto her IG page.

Vim Lady, who is currently working with a different media group: Despite Media surprised her fans as she showed no sign of ill health in her previous shows. She was seen in a post with pictures of her in a theatre.

The celebrated radio and television show host motivated herself and her followers by sharing an inspirational; message on her Instagram page. She further disclosed the trauma and anxiety that she went through prior to the surgery. “No matter our challenge, we can rise if God says so. Fall, make mistakes, learn lessons but allow God to use you and you will rise to be a testimony.
It can take long But always remember God delivers when we scream his Name” she said in her post

Afia Pokuo aka Vim lady, a media journalist, editor of Adom FM and popular presenter has been nominated and awarded a special award at the just ended MTN Heroes of Change Season V.

She shared a post on her social media pages thanking God for the new feat in her career.

Vim lady expressed her surprise of how far she has risen from being just a kontomire seller at Redemption Valley Primary School at Tema Community  9 to a Heroe of change.
