Former Manchester United football club and England’s striker, Wayne Rooney’s son, Kai has signed a professional contract with Manchester United.

The boy who is only 11 years old will be available to play for the Manchester United’s academy side after completing a move to join the club.

His father, Wayne Rooney posted images of Kai signing the contract and holding a jersey number 10, same jersey worn by the father when he was playing for the red devils.

Rooney captioned the photos: “Proud day. Kai signing for Man Utd. Keep up the hard work son.”

Rooney played for Manchester United for 13 years and is the all time leading goal scorer for the side.
