Pimples are caused when the sebaceous glands in the skin become more active and dead skin cells clog the pores. Pimples often affects the face, back, torso, shoulder areas, and range in severity, from dark spots to cysts.

For pimples to keep on oppressing you there has to be a reason most often than not. Here are a few of the reasons why;

  1. Are you stressed? Do you sit in your bed and think of whatnots? You got to stop. Stress can cause inflammations on your skin pores and pimples to pop up. Try meditating, relaxing, exercising and indulging in your hobbies.
  2. Do you inculcate the habit of washing your face before and after bed? Try doing so, it might help with cleaning out your pores. Also drink more of it.
  3. Reduce your intake of junk and oily foods. Yes that might be asking too much but if you want the acne on your face to lessen or disappear, you will need to slow down on oily foods. A growing body of research suggests that some foods may trigger acne in certain people.
  4. Talk to a dermatologist about antibiotics and hormone pills; they might be able to recommend to you a skincare routine that might help you out.
  5. Avoid rubbing skincare products that contain excessive oil on your face and chest area. These products are normally meant for dry skin, as they easily clog the pores.
  6. Keep facial care products clean; after you’re done with your makeup make sure that you wash the brushes and also avoid sharing facial kits with other people.
  7. Keep your hair clean.
  8. Avoid popping the pimples on your face. Some people allow their lovers to do this for them thinking it’s love. Sorry but it’s only damaging your skin and encouraging the bacteria to look for more skin to eat up.
