Justice for Wendy Waeni as DCI Calls For Ex Manager Joe Mwangi’s Arrest
Wendy Waeni’s manager Joe Mwangi has finally found himself in a fix over the entire saga involving him mismanaging the young gymnast’s earnings. The Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) recently issued a warrant of arrest for him and posted his picture on social media marking him as a wanted man. His arrest was ordered by the DCI on Friday on the account of forgery and threatening Wendy’s mother Magdalene under false pretence.
The DCI took .to social media and tweeted “Mr. Joseph Mwangi Nduta alias Joe whose photos appear below is Wanted by DCI in connection with the Forgery of a Letter purporting to be from a Cabinet Secretary threatening the complainant – Magdalene Mbele of some consequences.”
Joe Mwangi has been ordered by the DCI to report to their Nairobi offices immediately. He is also accused of exploiting Wendy and her talents as she performed all over the world without pay from him.
