Of the aforementioned list, three ingredients are key elements, that is Salt, Monosodium Glutamate, and Hydrogenated Palm Oil.

It has already been established that excess salt in a meal is one of the major causes of high blood pressure in humans; this is one of the reasons why patients who are diagnosed of the disease are made to refrain from salt. Yes, Maggi spices make meals taste yummy, but why not take it in lower quantities? At least use half of a cube in preparing your sauce and try as much as possible to avoid putting a lot of salt in a dish that already has Maggi in it.

Moreover, try inculcating the habit of using natural herbs in cooking; there is dill, basil leaf, turmeric, nutmeg, and a whole lot of natural, unprocessed spices that will make your meals taste delicious!
