VIDEO: Confusion As Groom Abruptly Cancels Wedding In Abuja While On His Way To Church

It happens. On the special day a groom and bride have been waiting for, one suddenly develops cold feet and decides to call off the wedding.

It’s a really big deal to cancel a wedding, and it’s a really hard choice to make. But sometimes, it’s because of something that somebody did which is so wrong that leaves one with no choice at all.

This seems to be the case with a groom, whose name has only been identified as Joe.

In the video, the groom suddenly halts the car which was transporting him to the church where he would wed his wife-to-be.

Those who were with him, seemingly confused, began to ask what was happening. It is not clear yet what might have caused the groom to call of the wedding but it seems he had found out something, probably family related, while on their way to the church.

The bride is seen in the video begging the groom, while onlookers pleaded with him to settle whatever issue it was because “we’re all family”.

Efforts to restore calm proved futile as anger engulfed the groom even more as those with the bride and groom entourage sought to discover what had gone wrong.

“Calm down? Calm down? Me, I should calm down? Really? What is this?”, the irate groom asked.
