Miss Malaika 2019 Contestants Present Ex-President JJ Rawlings With Beautiful Art Work Of Himself

The contestants in the ongoing Miss Malaika 2019 pageant paid a courtesy call to the ex-president of Ghana, JJ Rawlings and presented him with beautiful artwork.

Jerry John Rawlings is a former Ghanaian military leader and politician who ruled the country from 1981 to 2001 and also for a brief period in 1979. He led a military junta until 1992 and then served two terms as the democratically elected President of Ghana.

The contestants numbering 26 are currently in the Miss Malaika bootcamp for the 17th edition of the beauty pageant. The beauty pageant is so far one of Ghana’s most trusted, drama-free and prestigious pageants that focus on the contestants’ intelligent, eloquent, bold and other queenly qualities.
