‘When Men Cannot Control Their Appetite All Sorts Of Evil Are Committed’ – Dr. Mensah Otabil Speaks On Sex For Grade Scandal?

The BBC’s Sex For Grade documentary is currently the hottest topical issue in Ghana and Nigeria, and indeed Africa, being discussed across all platforms.

And many people are looking forward to the comments of leaders especially those who speak on morality. So when the founder and leader of the International Central Gospel Church, Dr. Mensah Otabil made a Facebook regarding the appetite of men in committing evil, many have attributed it to the on the ongoing Sex for grades scandal that has hit Ghana.

In a post shared on his Facebook page, it seem as if Dr. Mensah Otabil was lamenting on the problems that follow when men do not control their sexual desires.

The revered man of God said in the post that men bring all sorts of evil out when they do not control their appetites.

Dr. Mensah Otabil posted:

When men cannot control their appetite all sorts of evil are committed.

BBC (African Eye) for the past 18 months investigated several complaints related to sex for grades in some universities in Ghana. The investigation centered on public universities in West African countries.

In Ghana, two lectures, Professor Ransford Gyampo and Dr. Paul Kwame Butakor, from the University of Ghana were captured in the scandal. Professor Gyampo has already come out to deny the allegation and has vowed to sue BBC.

Meanwhile the University of Ghana has defended Prof. Gyampo saying the evidence were not concrete.
