Nigerian artist Wizkid has stated that despite his Louis Vuitton and other designer lifestyle, he is still a local boy who only eats Nigerian dishes.

In an interview with UK-based radio, CapitalXtra, the Surulere native stressed that even when he travels the only food he eats is Nigerian food.

He added that he sometimes spends more than $300 daily on continental food alone, thus the need for home cooked Nigerian dishes.
