Bbnaija’s Rico Swavey Explains Why He Thinks Drinking Garri Makes One Poor

Patrick Fakoya, popularly known as Rico Swavey an ex-contestant in Bbnaija season 3 claims drinking garri makes one poor.

The actor cum musician made this known on his twitter account when he shared pictures of the locally loved delicacy with its accompanying ingredients.

He explained that drinking gari in itself does not make one poor but leaving it to swell does. What happens is that ones the garri is left for a few minutes, it swells up increasing the level thereby making it plenty.

He, however, added that it was a joke of the day in a harsh tag possibly stopping social media from coming for his head.
