American music icon Alicia Keys has raised concerns about a society where people are overly judgemental.
In a video she posted on her Instagram page, the award-winning singer narrates how she went to the salon with her son Egypt and quickly realized how conscious he was of being judged for expressing himself artistically.

According to her, he asked to get a manicure and wanted to paint his nails like a rainbow and it was done. But after he appreciated how “girly” it made him look, he was worried about what people would say.

She, therefore, advised her fans to be less judgemental and do “Less Labels, More Expressions” so that a four-year-old doesn’t have to worry about stigma from self-expression. Like-minded people have commended her for encouraging her son to be unapologetic in his choices.
