‘You Have No Wisdom’- Delay Tells Woman Who Asked When She Will Give Birth

Ghanaian television and radio show host, Deloris Frimpong Manso, popularly known as “Delay” has never shied away from addressing issues head-on.

The outspoken ‘Delay’ has, over the years, come under severe pressure from the public regarding her love life.

For most Ghanaians, Delay ought to marry and that has been their topmost desire for her. However, on many occasions, Delay has said that she won’t succumb to societal pressure to marry nor bear a child.

Indeed she insists that she is not under any pressure nor obligation to marry. Linked to this are comments from people wanting her to give birth.

Despite her reactions to those comments, it seems every now and then, her fans are still bent on pointing out her unmarried status and the that she needs to give birth.

So one commentator (Emelia Bonsu) made a similar remark on Facebook under Delay’s post asking her when she would give birth. Her comment reads: “Sis how are you. I really like you but when are you going to give birth?”

In response one commentator said: ‘Emelia Bonsu, equally, when are you also going to get wisdom?”

Upon seeing this, Delay took a screenshot and posted on Instagram to address the woman’s comment.

Delay said: “There’s nothing more heartbreaking than a woman with no wisdom. I feel bad for you Emelia Bonsu. Your lack of wisdom precedes you.”
