The annual Afropunk festival in South Africa is one of the most popular events featuring fun performances, food and fashion. This year, the fashion was what really stood out, in the most shocking of ways.
The much anticipated music festival was held at Constitution Hill Johannesburg on the 30th and 31st of 2019. Scores of men and women showed up dressed in outfits that left very little to the imagination.
The LGBT community was well represented with fashionistas freely showing their style. South Africa is definitely further ahead in accepting the LGBT community than any other country in Africa.
