Nothing Will Stop Me From Doing Music, Let Them Keep Joking – Emelia Brobbey Fires Critic

Ghanaian actress cum musician Emelia Brobbey says she is unperturbed about negative comments that come her way.

In an interview On the Master Drive Show on MY FM, Emelia stated that those who criticize her are only joking and she cannot be discouraged by comments that come from jokers.  

“When I released Fa meko, people thought I would quit music because of the trolling but I told them no way. Why should I be discouraged by somebody’s comment? They are joking and they should continue but I am determined to do the music and I’ll bring more songs.”

She went further to inform those giving unkind remarks her about her voice that they will get used to it and even  fall in love soon.

“People are used to my voice in movies and hosting talk shows so they think I should stay in that lane. What they need to understand is that Emelia Brobbey is an entertainer and so I have to sing, act and do talk shows to entertain my fans. Ghanaians will get used to my voice singing.”

Emelia Also threw a word of caution bloggers who tag her as an actress turned musician to put a stop to it.

“I am an entertainer; my role doesn’t end with acting. I sing and I do talk shows to inspire people. So they should stop captioning me actress turned musician. They can rather say Actress/ Musician/ TV Presenter because I have not stopped any of my roles.
