Former Southampton Midfielder Arrested For Allegedly Smuggling £21million Worth Of Cocaine – Pictures
Prosecutors in Texas have accused ex-Southampton midfielder, Jhon Eduis Viafarra Mina , of conniving with a drug cartel to arrange cocaine shipment that left Colombia on speedboats.

According to sources, Jhon Viafara has been sent back to the States to face drug-smuggling charges. He was arrested and accused of importing two tones of cocaine worth £21million into the United States.
The Columbian police released photos of Viafara being escorted to a Jet at the Bogota’s International airport.

Jhon Viafara played for Southampton, Real Sociedad and the Colombian national team. He retired from active football in 2015.
