Fresh Photo Of World’s Richest Man, Jeff Bezos And Girlfriend Pops Up Months After Divorce

In 2019, the founder of Amazon, Jeff Bezos had to transfer some 19.7 million shares (4%) of Amazon.com Inc. to MacKenzie, his ex-wife. That 4% holding was valued at $38.3 billion.

Nevertheless, Bloomberg still ranks Jeff Bezos as the richest person in the world, even after losing $10 billion in one year.

Jeff and MacKenzie Bezos announced their divorce via Twitter on Jan. 9, saying they decided to split “after a long period of loving exploration and trial separation.”

The message said they plan to remain friends. The couple were married for 25 years. But even during their divorce, reports of Jeff’s girlfriend, Lauren Sanchez, started emerging.

Lauren Sanchez is said to be the ex-wife of WME talent agent Patrick Whitesell.
