Deontay Wilder Placed On Six Weeks Suspension After Gruesome Defeat To Tyson Fury – Find Out Why
Two knock downs and a seventh round Technical Knockout is how the clean undefeated sheet of American boxer Deontay Wilder was stained by Tyson Fury.

The fight on Saturday night came to an end when Wilder’s team threw in the towel after blood was seen coming out from his mouth and ear.
Deontay Wilder was rushed to the hospital after his team suspected he had burst his eardrum and now, according to Mirror, the boxer has been handed a six weeks medical ban for his injury.

The Nevada State Athletic Commission have stated that Deontay Wilder cannot be engaged in any herculean task until April 8 and cannot fight in any bout until April 23, Mirror reports.
Reports however show that the suspension does not prevent Deontay from seeking a rematch for a third fight with Fury for the WBC title.
