Is The Card A Ticket To Heaven? – Lydia Forson And John Dumelo Blast Government For Risking Lives Over Politics
Government’s decision to continue the mass registration for the Ghana Card by the National Identification Authority (NIA) has angered some Ghanaian celebrities.
Ghanaian Actress Lydia Forson and Actor John Dumelo have gone on a twitter rant, rallying people against NIA registrations amid COVID-19 outbreak.
Lydia Forson in a series of tweets went on to echo how inhumane it sounds to put the lives of citizens at risk over a card.
She shared her view saying the virus is exposing everything wrong in this country for you to see, it’s up to you to decide if you should continue to allow leaders to treat you like crap! adding that “Anyone who justifies the NIA registration has an agenda.”
