Actress Yvonne Nelson has veered off her usual political rants to make a controversial religious assertion that has caused a debate on twitter.
Yvonne Nelson shared her view on the current global pandemic and how it coincides with Easter celebration. She opined that this is no coincidence.
She said on twitter that this year’s Easter celebration will be one to remember for years because of the Coronavirus.

According to her, coronavirus happening just when Easter is about to be celebrated is Jesus’ way of drawing attention to himself and the significance of his death.
Yvonne Nelson also tweeted that unlike previous years, no one can use work as an excuse because everyone is on lock down.

“We are on lockdown – a Virus – the timing – Easter is getting close – what’s the essence of Easter? JESUS died for mankind! He wants us to pay attention to Him and what He did and still does for us . Now we wont use work and other engagements as an excuse!” She tweeted.
Her profound comment has been taken with a pinch of salt by some tweeps. “So He is Killing so we can have time for Him… Wow Jesus do all” a twitter user replied.
