Below is a list of some basic habits humans are so used to but now threatens the very life we hold so dear.

  1. Hand Shakes – Seen as a basic form of greeting and also securing deals, hand shakes is a habit we sure miss doing as it is now seen as a means of spreading the virus.
  2. Hugs – For the sake of social distancing and fear of coronavirus, the warmth of an embrace has been eliminated in our lives. Gone were the days we could wrap our arms around our loved ones and squeeze the sorrow and insecurities out of them. Now it has been limited to just talks and it is so sad.
  3. Touching you face – I just did that unaware. Research says an average person touches his/her face every few seconds. But we are being advised to stay clear off our touching any part of our face.
  4. Sports Activities – From Soccer to Basketball and any other favorite sports activity has been placed on hold indefinitely to observe the ban on public gathering so as to prevent the spread of the virus.
  5. Date Night Out – The world is left with nothing fun to do no more. Even a candle night out with your favorite person, a concert experience or a movie night out with your crush has been lost to memories because we are lockdown.
