It seems Pastor Chris might not be leaving the center stage of controversy anytime soon as he made a recent statement that has thrown social media into a frenzy.
According to the celebrated cleric in a live telecast last Sunday, he posited that there are over 3.25 billion people connected to the live broadcast and it is being watched in about 227 countries of the world.
The doubts began to set in after a quick check-up of his claim with global records and facts.
According to Google, the total population of the world as of 2019 is 7.594 billion. It thus becomes curious to know if approximately half of the world could tune in to a live broadcast at a particular time.
Christ Embassy, also known as LoveWorld Incorporated or Believers’ Loveworld general overseer claims, therefore, remains untrue and it was further debunked by the fact by google with another fact.
On another fact, google confirms that there are only 197 countries in the world – and this clearly contradicts pastor Chris claim that he is being watched in 227 countries; the addition of 30 countries.
