Ghana Pentecostal And Charismatic Council Declares A Three-day National Prayer And Fasting Programme

Despite the ban on church gathering across all part s of the country, the Ghana Pentecostal and Charismatic Council has declared a three-day national prayer and fasting programme.

The leaders of the council declared the three-day national prayer and fasting programme as part of efforts to battle the deadly novel coronavirus pandemic in the country.

The Pentecostal and Charismatic Council of Ghana made this declaration yesterday when they were invited by the president of the republic at the  Jubilee House to deliberate on the measures to avert the deadly coronavirus.

Reverend Paul Boafo who happens to be the Chairman of the council assured the President that they will adhere to the current ban on church activities.

The three-day national fasting and prayers are set to commence on Friday through to Sunday this very week.
