Ghanaian Music Producer In Trouble For Selling Another Artist’s Beat To Stonebwoy For His Album – Details Here

An American based artist has accused Ghanaian music beat maker MOG Beatz of reselling a beat he bought in 2017 to Stonebwoy.

Jah Shanti claims he bought a beat from the talented producer for a song he released in 2017 titled ‘Fire’ but the same beat has been sold to dancehall artist Stonebwoy for a song on his Anloga Junction Album.

He added that his management contacted MOG Beatz and paid in full for the beat Stonebwoy used for his song titled ‘Everlasting’ on the new album.

“My team did the payment. But i have to speak to my management and know who specifically they paid the money to,” he said in an interview.

The music producer has however come out to deny the allegations leveled against him saying he has never heard of any artist in the states called Jah Shanti.

This is the second time the music producer has been accused of reselling a beat to to artist. Few months ago, he was fingered to have sold the same beat to a group called ZeeTM and Mzvee.
