National Service Personnel To Resume Work On Monday
A directive has been issued for National Service personnel to resume work on Monday, 4th May. This follows a month long paid leave for the personnel who had to leave their posts in March as Ghana’s coronavirus cases escalated.
Armstrong Esaah, the Public Relations Officer of the Scheme in an interview with Citi News and monitored by AfricaCelebrities.com urged the personnel to adhere to all safety protocols. This will curtail the disease from spreading.
All newly posted nurses will also be mandated to start their service this month. The personnel have been assured of the payment of their April allowance assuaging any fears of non-payment due to the leave.
