Coronavirus Death Toll Surpasses 250,000 Worldwide
The death toll of the coronavirus pandemic has now surpassed the 250,000 mark with almost 3,700,000 recorded cases globally.
This comes amid efforts to relax the lockdown imposed on most countries as they race to contain the disease.
United States of America is the hardest hit country with 1,200,000 cases and almost 70,000 deaths.
This has led to condemnation of President Donald Trump who initially downplayed the pandemic.
China, the country the virus originated from has now taken measures to bring Wuhan back to normal after bringing the disease under control.
