Famous Ghanaian Pallbearers Get Trump’s Endorsement
United States president, Donald Trump has given an endorsement to Ghana’s famed pallbearers who became an internet sensation during the spread of the coronavirus disease.
In a Facebook post, President Trump shared a doctored video of the pallbearers carrying a casket with Joe Biden’s name written on all sides.
Joe Biden, the former deputy to Trump’s immediate predecessor, Barack Obama is the presumptive Democratic party candidate to face the president in November.
In an interview with the leader of the pallbearers, Benjamin Aidoo told the BBC’s Sulley Lansah that he saw the American president’s Facebook post as the “ultimate endorsement” of his work.
He went on the state that this will push their work to a much greater height and open new opportunities including overseas performances for them.
