SM Boss, Charles Nii Armah ‘Shatta Wale‘ Mensah Jr. has been ranked as the top most musician in Ghana by music chart ranking company Billboard.
Shatta’s stars must be aligned this year as the rank is not the only good news he has received over the last few weeks. He was recently featured on BBC and had his face slapped over Times Square in New York.

Shatta took to Instagram to blow his own horns are Billboard placed him as number one musician in Ghana in relation to the country’s Radio Airplay, Sales Data and Streaming Data.
The self acclaimed dancehall king however said it was sad to have the world recognize him as the best but his homeland sees him as the least.
