The Federal Government in Nigeria has declared that Nigerian secondary school students will not participate in the upcoming West African Examination Council (WAEC) examinations.
This move according to the Nigerian Education Minister, Mallam Adamu Adamu, is to protect students from the dangers of the deadly coronavirus.
He also stated there is no date for school resumption yet especially as coronavirus cases keep rising by the day with no cure in sight.
