Nigerian Footballer, Victor Osimhen Apologies To Punch For Using Harsh Words On Them
Nigerian footballer, Victor Osimhen has apologized to the punch newspaper after he went beserk on them two days ago.
Punch in an earlier story, quoted the Napoli striker as saying that he wants to be like Diego Maradona who helped the Napoli side to a two Italian league titles.
Victor on twitter dismissed the story saying, “I never said such a thing,y’all copy paste journalist just like to fabricate lies,since the passing of my late father I haven’t grant any interview whatsoever, stop this nonsense else na thunder go fire una.”
The 2015 CAF youth player of the year however apologized to punch and all other journalists who felt disrespected by his words.
He tweeted: “As much as I dislike being misquoted or taken out of context by the media, I want to apologise to @MobilePunch and other journalists that felt offended for the type of language I used in my earlier post, sorry about it, make una no vex I still be una boy…peace.”
