D’banj Signs A Multi-billion Naira Deal With A Real Estate Development Firm

Award-winning Nigerian musician, Oladapo Daniel Oyebanjo otherwise known as D’Banj in the entertainment circles has signed a multi-billion naira partnership with property development company, Kairos Hof.

The artiste and Kairos Hof would be launching a number of groundbreaking real estate projects in the course of the partnership. The projects include, The Hof Community, Hof Court, Hof County, Koko Court Asokoro, Koko Court Lagos among others.

A portion of a statement from the company reads:

“Our Community would feature International standard roads, Water treatment facility, Hof Hotel, Internet connection and call line (Fibre and VOIP), Gym, 3 hectares of green parks (Skating park, Jogging Routes, Climbing wall, Tennis court, Basketball court, Football field), Internal Bus Shuttle, Adult Hospice, 2 Filling stations, Gas Station, Community Hall, Community Clinic, Schools, Club House, Workspaces, Lounge, Community council by residents and developers to oversee facility management.”

“One of these projects includes an entertainment village sitting on 5 hectares of land in a 40-hectare community. This entertainment village features facilities such as a studio set for movie and tv production, theatres, accommodation, pre and post-production facilities to provide a hub for African creatives to deliver world-class movies, series and so much more.”
