Some angry Nigerians have attacked Nollywood actress Belinda Effah after she stated in a social media post that Nigerians respond better when treated like animals.

Belinda Effa on her social media page lashed out at how her country have misplaced priorities echoing that Nigeria will not move forward until they place their interest in the right place.
She wrote on Instagram, “Until Your Interest Is In The Right Place Nigerians, There Will Be No Going Forward.

Her post, although addressing a delicate subject, was treated as an insult by some angry commentators who in turn spoke their two cents to the actress.
kayceekcee wrote; “Aunty go and lead the protest and stop disturbing us.All because of the money contributed for erica,this is becoming boring biko.You guys should start by bringing nollywood back to the way it was before.double standard celebrities everywhere.“
Another person wrote; “That’s a powerful statement my sistah…but I think is a generational thing and that’s how the adults and leaders behave therefore the youth follows make it a culture thing to do. 🙏🏻”
