“I Never Said Erica Was A Bad Person” – Laycon Denies Painting Erica Black To His Colleagues

Big Brother Naija season five winner, Laycon has cleared the air on what many perceived to be his fault for the disqualification of Erica from the BBNaija contest.

During one of the Saturday night parties, Erica was seen dancing with Laycon and afterwards, it was reported that, Laycon had told other housemates that, Erica tried to kiss him.

This and many other things reportedly said about Erica by Laycon to his colleagues made Erica to lose her cool and rained insults on the young rapper.

Ever since, their relationship grew from bad to worst.

Speaking in an interview with Ebuka on Monday, Laycon took his time to clear the air on the topic. Laycon insisted that he wasn’t the cause of Erica’s disqualification.

He maintained that, he never spoke ill of the actress and didn’t also portray her as a bad person to his colleagues.

He told Ebuka: “I have never been in that kind of situation. I expressed myself to the people I thought would listen. I knew I wanted to stay away from her when she said nothing would happen between us, but I still needed to talk about it as a form of closure for myself.

”I never said Erica was a bad person, and I did not portray her that way because I remember still saying I cared about Erica as an individual even after everything,”
