Nigeria Can’t Be Compared To Ghana When It Comes To Rap Music – Amerado Says

Kumasi based Ghanaian rapper, Amerado has stated emphatically that, Nigeria does not come close to Ghana when it comes to rap music.

Speaking in an interview with Mzgee on TV3’s New Day, the rapper was asked which country between Ghana and Nigeria has the most rappers.

The young talented rapper picked Ghana as the country with most rappers. He opined that most Nigerian rappers have turned to singers except some few.

He told Mzgee: “Nigerians don’t have rappers, do they? Big respect to MI but all their rappers have turned to singers. When it comes to rap there is not a match. Ghana got it.”

Amerado is the most trending rapper in Ghana this year ever since he launched his weekly “Yetee Nsem” rap series.

He’s been tipped by many to win the best rapper of the year accolade in next year’s Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
